“The delight of the taste buds is the final result of a complete
pleasure of the senses”
The quality of wine is determined by the way
its chemical structure interact with the various sensory
receptors. The sense of smell, taste, sight and touch are
involved to perceive respectively the fragrance, the taste, the
aspect and the consistency of wine. All these organs take a
share in the perception of quality.
This is another fundamental aspect the
company concentrates its attention on. In Tombacco Winery there
is a staff of very experienced wine specialists, who test and
certify the quality of the wide rage of the here produced wine.
Whether more or less elaborate, in each wine there is the result
of the experience and work of people, who are able to worm out
its essence and turn it into a real delight of the senses.
